To bridge socioeconomic gaps and improve community emergency response skills for all interested individuals to include children, seniors, individuals with disabilities and local businesses with our exclusive, new patent approved mobile service product: HOCMAN Learning System.
Upgrading CPR service training to welcome diversity. Allowing opportunities to disengaged populations to learn and develop lifesaving skills within all communities. Increasing outreach and resources for schools, businesses and social events to empower individuals to become Rescuers.

Anyone interested can receive knowledge training via online Google searches FREE of charge. Skills training (hands on) typically requires payment for certified instructor and his/her training equipment. Certification is a process that combines knowledge, skills and professional monitoring to certify student completed all components of training as defined by certifying authority ex) AHA/ARC
We believe our children should know what we know to include lifesaving knowledge & skills. Therefore, our service allows 1-4 children to train FREE with one paying student. NOTE: Accompanying children will receive prizes and incentives WITHOUT certification.
